Registration. The App is available without registration.

Limitation of liability. The liability of the Company, including anyone on its behalf, is limited with respect to any damage or loss, arising from, or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use the Service.



You are not allowed to

  • Use this software in any manner that violets any rules and regulation.
  • Remove or destroy any copyright notices or other proprieties.
  • Sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email.
  • Version of email sent in large quantities even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server.
  • Transmit any viruses or programming routines intended to damage, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
  • Any type attack to any other computer or network while on our Service.
  • Use this app for any abusive purpose, containing child abuse and child pornography.
  • Modify or adapt the Software, merge the Software into another program or create derivative works based on the Software,

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using theApplication or its Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage,intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age,national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related application; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider,crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related application. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related application for violating any of the prohibited uses.

WE MAY EMPLOY TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES TO DETECT AND PREVENT FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE USE OF THE SERVICE. WE MAY BLOCK YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, IF WE BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE FRAUDULENTLY OR ABUSIVELY.

Use of the App does not require any registration.

We respect Your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated to these Terms by reference, explains the privacy practices on the Service.


Premium Services

We will provide our user Premium Services prior to the purchase process This App's Premium Subscription. The user has the right to cancel the premium services described in the Cancellation section of this agreement. 


Cancellation of the service

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, STATUTORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGE OR LOSS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT AND LOSS OF DATA), COSTS, EXPENSES AND PAYMENTS, EITHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM OR THEORY OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY FAILURE, ERROR, OR BREAKDOWN IN THE FUNCTION OF THE SERVICE, OR FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY LEGAL, OR FROM ANY LOST OR MISSED PAYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR FROM ANY ERROR MADE BY OUR STAFF, OR FROM ANY COMMUNICATIONS OR INTERACTIONS WITH US OR THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS, ENGAGEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY DENIAL OR CANCELATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, OR FROM RETENTION, DELETION, DISCLOSURE AND ANY OTHER USE OR LOSS OF VIDEOS. 
IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES EITHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM OR THEORY OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING FROM ANY OF THE ABOVE SHALL BE LIMITED AND CAPPED AT THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAYABLE TO YOU (IF ANY) UNDER THE PAYMENT SCHEME OFFERED TO YOU AND ACCEPTED BY YOU (IF ANY).


Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, us or our directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, consultants, subcontractors and assignees (collectively, our "Staff"), at Your own expense and immediately after receiving a written notice thereof, from and against any damages, loss, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees and legal expenses, resulting from any plea, claim, allegation or demand, arising from, or in connection with Your use of the Service, Your breach of the Terms, Your violation, or infringement of any other person's or entity's rights, or Your activities and Videos.


Content/Usage Disclaimer

Your data traffic will not be recorded in any sort of forms. This app does not block any ports, IPs or hide any contents. This app guarantees that this app does not monitor anything of the user logs or data.


Changes 

We may, at any time and without prior notice change the layout, design, scope, features or availability of the Service. We may revise these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time by putting You on notice of the amended Terms. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes Your consent to the amended Terms.


Termination Policy

We have the rights to suspend or terminate your use of the Service in the event of any breach or violation of these Terms of Service. You agree that any such suspension or termination in accordance with this paragraph may be performed without prior notice and you agree that this app will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
